Issues, questions, or feedback about the product. For sync problems, include the diagnostics snapshot from Settings → Diagnostics — it contains connection metadata, never credentials or message content.

TELVRIX is invite-only during the closed beta. The application form is the fastest path — applications are reviewed manually, usually within a few days.

Enterprise plans have custom limits, compliance export, and contract-level terms agreed per deployment. Tell us about your team size, mailbox count, and hosting requirements.

Billing is not active in the beta, so paid plans are provisioned manually. Email us the plan you need and your workspace name.
