Getting started

Create an account, connect your first mailbox, and learn the basics of the TELVRIX inbox.

TELVRIX is an email management platform that connects directly to your existing mailboxes over IMAP and SMTP. Your mail stays at your provider — TELVRIX syncs it, makes it searchable, and adds team workflows on top.

Create an account

TELVRIX is currently in closed beta. If you received an invite link, open it to create your account. If not, you can apply for access from the beta page — applications are reviewed manually.

Connect your first mailbox

1. 01Open the connect flowAfter signing up you land on the welcome screen, which leads into the mailbox connection flow. You can also connect later from Settings → Accounts.
2. 02Choose your providerPresets fill in server details for Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Fastmail, Zoho, and cPanel hosts. For anything else, choose custom IMAP and enter the host, port, and security mode yourself.
3. 03Use an app password where requiredGmail and Outlook require an app-specific password instead of your normal password. Zoho requires IMAP access to be enabled in its settings first.
4. 04Test and saveTELVRIX verifies the IMAP and SMTP connections live before saving. If a port or credential is wrong, you find out immediately.

After the connection is verified, folder discovery runs and your messages begin syncing. Initial sync time depends on mailbox size.

Learn the inbox

• —Folders, labels, starring, archiving, and trash work across all connected mailboxes.
• —Full-text search covers every synced message in every mailbox.
• —Drafts auto-save as you type and restore when you return.
• —Bulk actions let you select multiple messages and archive, delete, label, or mark them read in one step.
• —Keyboard shortcuts cover the core actions — press ? inside the app to see the overlay.
• —The command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K) jumps to any mailbox, folder, or action.

Automate the routine

• —Filters apply labels, archive, star, mark read, or delete incoming mail automatically.
• —Templates insert canned responses in the composer.
• —Send Later schedules outgoing mail; Snooze hides a thread until a chosen time (Pro plan and above).
• —Follow-up reminders resurface sent threads that received no reply, and cancel automatically when a reply arrives.
• —Undo send gives you a countdown window to recall a message after pressing send.
