Because TELVRIX is self-hosted, it ships with the console an operator actually needs: live queue and worker telemetry, user and workspace administration, provider health, the plan catalog, and platform configuration.
The problem
Self-hosting fails in the dark
Running your own email platform means owning sync workers, job queues, SMTP connections, and billing wiring. Without visibility, the first sign of trouble is a user reporting that mail stopped arriving yesterday.
The TELVRIX approach
An operator console wired to the runtime
The admin console reads live state: BullMQ queue depths and failure counts per queue, worker heartbeats, provider connection health, and environment readiness checks. Operator actions — managing users, workspaces, mailboxes, locks, and flags — are capability-gated per admin role and audited.
Platform behavior is configured in the console too: plan catalog management, transactional email settings, platform secrets, and status-page notices.
