The problem
Most inbox time is triage
Newsletters that should be labeled and archived. The same answer typed for the tenth time. Mail that arrives at 11pm but should be answered at 9am. A thread you must chase if nobody replies by Friday. None of this needs a human at the keyboard.
The TELVRIX approach
Rules and scheduling on the sync path
Filters evaluate incoming messages during sync and apply your actions — label, archive, star, mark read, or delete — before you ever see them. Templates drop canned responses into the composer. Send Later holds a message until its scheduled time, and snooze removes a thread until it matters again.
Follow-up reminders watch sent threads and resurface them if no reply arrives — and cancel themselves automatically when one does.

Insert canned responses in the composer; signatures attach automatically per mailbox.

Schedule and snooze
Pick a send time for outgoing mail; snooze incoming threads to reappear when due.

Get reminded
Set a follow-up reminder on a sent thread. If a reply arrives first, the reminder cancels itself.
