The problem
Multiple accounts means multiple tabs
Most people accumulate mailboxes: a work account, a personal one, a domain mailbox from a hosting panel, a project address. Each lives in its own webmail with its own search, its own folders, and its own login.
Tools that unify them usually demand OAuth scopes that hand over account control, or only support the two biggest providers.
The TELVRIX approach
Direct IMAP/SMTP with verification before save
TELVRIX connects with the protocol every provider already supports. Connections are tested live — IMAP and SMTP separately — before a mailbox is created, so misconfigured ports or wrong app passwords fail loudly at setup, not silently at 2am.
Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, excluded from logs and admin views, and sync runs continuously: multi-folder discovery, incremental updates, flag write-back, and sent-mail append to your provider.

Presets fill in host and port details for common providers; custom servers are fully manual.

IMAP and SMTP are verified live against your server before anything is saved.

Initial sync
Folders are discovered, then messages sync — continuously via the background worker, or inline per session without Redis.

Send and manage
Compose, reply, forward, and move messages. Flags and sent mail are written back to your provider over IMAP.

Provider-agnostic
Works with any IMAP/SMTP server: Gmail and Outlook via app passwords, Fastmail, Zoho, cPanel hosts, ProtonMail Bridge, or your own Postfix.
Pre-save connection tests
Dedicated IMAP and SMTP test endpoints validate credentials and ports before the mailbox is created.
Encrypted credentials
Passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never logged, never cached in Redis, never visible to operators.
Multi-folder sync
Folder discovery, incremental sync, IMAP flag write-back, and sent-folder append keep both sides consistent.
Sending identities
Manage from-addresses and HTML signatures per mailbox with a rich-text editor.
Vacation autoresponder
