The problem
Email access does not scale by CC
As soon as more than one person works the same mail, ad-hoc structures appear: forwarded threads, CC chains, a spreadsheet of who has which password. Onboarding someone takes an afternoon; offboarding them is often forgotten entirely.
The TELVRIX approach
Membership, roles, and invitations built in
A TELVRIX workspace holds members and mailboxes together. Owners and admins invite people by link, assign one of four roles, and manage everything from a members page. Each role maps to enforced permissions — checked server-side, not just hidden in the UI.
Workspace plan limits (mailboxes, member seats) are enforced at the API on creation, invitation, and send — and seat changes are visible in the audit log.

Create an organization workspace
Every account starts with a personal workspace; organization workspaces unlock membership.

Invite members
Generate invite links with a role attached. Invitation emails are delivered when the operator has configured a transactional email provider.

Assign roles
Owner, admin, member, or viewer — each with distinct, server-enforced permissions for mailboxes, members, billing, and audit access.

Share mailboxes
Make mailboxes workspace-visible and grant sending rights to the members who need them.

Four enforced roles
Owner, admin, member, and viewer permissions are checked on every API route — not cosmetic.
Invitation flow
Tokenized invite links with role assignment, seat-limit enforcement, and expiry.
Member management
View, change roles, and remove members from the members page. Removal revokes access immediately.
Ownership transfer
Transfer workspace ownership to another member through a dedicated, owner-only API.
Workspace switching
Belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them; mailboxes and threads stay scoped per workspace.
Plan-level limits
Mailbox and member seat limits come from the live plan catalog and are enforced at the API.
