Email Provider Compatibility

TELVRIX works with any provider that supports IMAP and SMTP. Most major providers require an App Password rather than your regular login password.

Gmail

Important notes

  • OAuth (Sign in with Google) is not currently supported. IMAP/SMTP with an App Password is required.
  • TELVRIX stores your IMAP/SMTP credentials encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). They are never logged or shown in admin views.
  • You can connect any provider that supports standard IMAP on port 993 (SSL/TLS) or port 143 (STARTTLS).
  • For providers with self-signed certificates, TELVRIX includes a "skip TLS verification" toggle (use with caution).
