Zoho Mail setup guide

Connect a Zoho Mail business account

Server Settings

IMAP hostimap.zoho.com
IMAP port993 (SSL/TLS)
SMTP hostsmtp.zoho.com
SMTP port587 (STARTTLS)

Setup Steps

    Log in to Zoho Mail and go to Settings → Mail Accounts

    Find your account and enable IMAP Access (toggle it on)

  3. 3

    Go to Settings → Security → App Passwords and generate a new App Password for TELVRIX

  4. 4

    Copy the App Password

  5. 5

    In TELVRIX, select "Zoho Mail" as your provider

  6. 6

    Enter your Zoho email address and the App Password

Known Limitations

  • IMAP is disabled by default — must be enabled per account
  • App Password required after enabling IMAP
  • Free Zoho accounts may have IMAP restrictions
