Log in to Zoho Mail and go to Settings → Mail Accounts

Find your account and enable IMAP Access (toggle it on)

Go to Settings → Security → App Passwords and generate a new App Password for TELVRIX

Copy the App Password
- 5
In TELVRIX, select "Zoho Mail" as your provider
- 6
Enter your Zoho email address and the App Password
Known Limitations
- IMAP is disabled by default — must be enabled per account
- App Password required after enabling IMAP
- Free Zoho accounts may have IMAP restrictions
